though i have been going to this location for several ytears. I have never experienced what took place and the huge rip off ever!!! went a week ago girl with long brunette hair did not cut my hair as requested , I went back today nice red headed stylist fixed it and she even said way , left- rirght way off. Thinking that your bussiness would fix it though i did give the young lady a tip. foolishlly i gave the first $5. they then charged me $18. including tip my first cut was over $30. like to know if you will do something????????????????

Jackie, I just want to thank you. lol, you said I'd look 10 yrs. younger. Little did you know, I went from haircut to picking up my tri-focals. I coudn't see, but now??? I look like a million bucks. peace. thanks.

Jackie at the Carpentersville/Dundee Sport Clips was impatient and rude when I was trying to tell her specifically what I wanted. It is very disappointing since this is not the first bad experience I have had at this Sport Clips. I have given been apart of their clientel fir many years, but now that has ended. Loyalty obviously doesn't mean much to this location nor does customer service. I will be going to another location or have given up on Sport Clips altogether. I would not be surprised if no one contacts me to further discuss like management or the owner. It is disappointing, I this was once a very good place to get a haircut and good customer service. I guess a thing of the past.
